Catholic Students' Week 2011

OCatholic Students' Weekctober 10-14, 2011

Catholic Students’ Week (CSW) is an annual national event sponsored by the National Catholic Student Coalition (NCSC).  The goal of CSW is to unite Catholic students on campuses across the country in celebrating our faith, learning about our church, and having a great time!

In 2005, NCSC initiated CSW for Catholics hovering in that space between youth group and parish life.  This year, we continue our effort to bring college-age Catholics ever closer to Christ through programs designed to engage, challenge, and sustain.

NCSC provides two templates that colleges and universities can follow in organizing CSW on their campuses.  Student leaders are encouraged to adapt these two templates to their own needs in order to create an effective program.  This year's two templates focus on recent NCSC initiatives, namely its resolution on the "Rejection of the Hookup Culture" and its commitment to the Catholic Climate Covenant.
